How Gabi handles 25+ different products, without losing specialization in any of them.
Context
Cotando Seguros is a multi-product insurance brokerage. The challenge here is different from that of specialized brokerages: Cotando needs to cover Auto, Life, Home, Boat, Business, Consortium, and 20+ other products. Each product has its own quoting dynamics, its own variables, its own compatible insurers.
The challenge
Training a broker to handle 25 products is expensive and slow. And even once trained, they tend to specialize in 2-3 and hand the conversation off to a colleague when the customer asks about the others. Result: the lead cools off while the handoff happens.
The solution
NexUnio built a multi-agent router architecture, different from the traditional "one agent does everything" approach. Here, a main agent (Gabi) identifies the customer's intent and routes it to the right specialist agent: Auto/Motorcycle (license plate, zip code, driver); Consortium (contemplation, bid, embedded bid); Follow-up (re-engagement by funnel stage); and 20+ other specialized products (Life, Home, Business, Aviation, Cargo…).
The customer never notices the transition between agents: to them, it's just Gabi helping. But internally, the specialized knowledge of each product stays preserved.
The results
- Simultaneous service across 25+ products without losing specialization.
- Adding a new product (consortium was a recent real case) no longer requires retraining the entire operation.
What this unlocks
Scale freedom here is specific: scale in product catalog. Cotando can add a new product without retraining the entire operation: just train the specialist agent for that product, and plug it into the router.
Multi-agent setup with a router agent at the front + specialist agents per product, WhatsApp integration, connection to multi-insurer quoting systems.
