Last updated: April 27, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the nexunio.com website and other pages maintained by NexUnio Tecnologia Ltda., a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ no. 12.398.650/0001-16 ("NexUnio", "we"). By accessing the site, you ("user") fully agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By browsing the site, filling out forms, or interacting with any feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the site immediately.

2. Description of the site

The nexunio.com website is NexUnio's institutional showcase. It presents our services (custom AI, software development, and automation), client cases, our team, and contact channels. The site does not sell products or process financial transactions directly.

Submitting the scheduling form at /agendar is intended to start a free business conversation ("diagnóstico") and does not, by itself, create any contractual obligation between you and NexUnio.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Attempting to access restricted areas, data, or internal systems without authorization
  • Engaging in reverse engineering, mass scraping, or attempting to circumvent security mechanisms
  • Submitting content that is false, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or that violates third-party rights
  • Using the site to distribute malware, spam, or any activity that impairs its availability
  • Impersonating third parties or providing false information in forms

NexUnio reserves the right to block access, terminate contacts, and take appropriate legal action in the event of a violation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site (including, without limitation, text, images, videos, illustrations, logos, trademarks, layout, design, source code, and audiovisual materials) is owned by NexUnio or by third parties who have licensed its use to us, and is protected under Brazil's copyright law (Lei de Direitos Autorais, Lei nº 9.610/1998) and industrial property law (Lei de Propriedade Industrial, Lei nº 9.279/1996), as well as other applicable regulations.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any part of this content without NexUnio's prior express authorization is prohibited. Quotations for journalistic, educational, or research purposes, with proper attribution of the source, are permitted within the limits of the law.

5. Third-party content and external links

The site may contain links to third-party sites, tools, or content (such as social media, externally hosted videos, and analytics tools). NexUnio is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. We recommend reviewing the terms and policies of each one.

Client cases and testimonials mentioned on the site are shared with authorization and reflect the respective clients' opinions at a given point in time. Individual results may vary depending on each business's context.

6. Limitation of liability

The site's content is informational and institutional in nature. The information presented, including service descriptions, estimates, cases, and educational materials, does not constitute a promise of results or technical, legal, accounting, or financial advice specific to your business. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexUnio is not liable for:

  • Decisions made based solely on information from the site, without personalized consulting
  • Momentary unavailability, technical failures, or access interruptions caused by external factors (providers, the user's connection, force majeure events)
  • Indirect damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from use of the site
  • Content or conduct of third parties referenced through external links

The contractual relationship with clients is governed by separate, specific agreements. These Terms do not replace or expand the terms of any commercial contract.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexUnio, its partners, employees, and collaborators from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

8. Changes to these Terms

NexUnio may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in its services, applicable law, or market best practices. The version in force is always the one indicated by the "last updated" date at the top of this document.

We recommend periodic review. Continued use of the site after a new version is published implies agreement with the updated Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Civil Code (Código Civil, Lei nº 10.406/2002), the Brazilian Internet Bill of Rights (Marco Civil da Internet, Lei nº 12.965/2014), the Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Lei nº 8.078/1990, when applicable), and the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Lei nº 13.709/2018, Brazil's own data protection law, distinct from the EU's GDPR).

The courts of the judicial district (comarca) where NexUnio is headquartered, in Brazil, are elected to settle any disputes, except where a mandatory legal provision establishes the consumer's domicile as the competent forum.
